Event Overview

Located in Britain’s Ocean City, the 2025 J/24 World Championship brings international one-design racing to the historic waters of Plymouth Sound. Protected by the famous Plymouth Breakwater, our racing areas offer excellent sailing conditions with unrivalled race management facilities.

Championship Format

  • 10 races scheduled over 5 days
  • Two races per day
  • Maximum of 70 boats
  • Racing areas in Plymouth Sound
  • Windward/leeward courses
  • Target race time: 75-90 minutes
